it allows you to not only sell alcohol but allows you to authorise the sale of alcohol in your absence, as long as the individual carries out that sale in accordance with the relevant premises licence

this is not a mandatory qualification, but is considered essential as a management development course in the responsible retailing of alcohol and/or other age related products and services

national certificate for drugs awareness
the management of most licence premises will accept there is a threat from drugs. this course focuses on what to look for in relation to drug misuse, dealing and litter, how to communicate this with staff and co-operate with authorities

management induction

introduction to licensed retail operations
this is a management induction course which is used by national pub groups as a basic requisite for managers or tenants taking over their premises.
